By using Well Planned you agree to these terms.
The service
Well Planned is a checklist app with real-time sync across web and Android. It is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your email address accurate. We use it as your only login method.
Free and Pro plans
The free plan includes 3 phases and 1 active reminder. The Pro plan (€3.99/month or €29.99/year) removes these limits. Subscriptions are billed via Lemon Squeezy and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods.
Your data
You own your data. We do not sell it or share it with third parties beyond what is listed in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass subscription limits, or use it for anything illegal.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
